will have to submit the necessary documents along with the form to successfully

In case you failed to link your PAN with Aadhaar, you will have to submit a signed Aadhaar seeding form by visiting the nearest PAN Centre. You must note that along with the Aadhaar seeding form you must carry all the relevant documents such as PAN and Aadhaar.
👉 Visit the Income Tax e-Filing website and click on the ‘Link Aadhaar’
option under the quick links
👉 Enter your PAN and Aadhaar number
👉 Enter the name as mentioned in your Aadhaar card
👉 In case the date of birth is mentioned on your Aadhaar card
you have to tick the box
👉 Tick mark ‘I agree to validate my Aadhaar details with
UIDAI’
👉 Click on the ‘Link Aadhaar’ button
👉 Next, enter the OTP that you receive on your mobile number
and click on ‘Validate’.
👉 A pop-up message will appear showing your successfully Link Aadhaar Card with PAN Card.
How to Link Aadhaar Card with PAN Card by sending an SMS
👉 In order to link your Aadhaar to PAN, follow these steps:
👉 You have to type a message in the format UIDPAN<12
Digit Aadhaar> <10 Digit PAN>
👉 Send the message in the above-mentioned format
to either 567678 or 56161 from your registered mobile
number
Example, if your Aadhaar number is 987654321012 and your PAN is ABCDE1234F, you have to type UIDPAN 987654321012 ABCDE1234F and send the message to either 567678 or 5616
Steps to check PAN-Aadhaar status
Given below are the steps you will have to follow to check
the status of your PAN-Aadhaar status pre-login:
👉 Visit Income Tax Site by clicking on the link
https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal.
👉 Under ‘Quick Links’, click on ‘Link Aadhaar Status’.
👉 Enter your PAN and Aadhaar number and click on ‘View Link
Aadhaar Status’. You will be able to view the status of your PAN-Aadhaar
linking on the page.
👉 You can check the status of linking of Aadhaar with PAN via
the SMS facility as well. You will have to send an SMS to 567678 or 56161 in
format given below:
👉 UIDPAN < 12-digit Aadhaar number> < 10-digit
Permanent Account Number>
👉 If your Aadhaar has been successfully linked with PAN then
you will be able to see the message ‘Aadhaar (Aadhaar number) is already
